The likelihood is that although you have successfully created a Caltrics account, you have failed, during the SIGN UP process, to connect or link your Caltrics account to the Outlook calendar on your PC.
This is easily remedied by following the procedure as follows –
Solution –
LOG IN to your Caltrics account
Hover over your logged in account name and click/tap MY ACCOUNT
Click the first ICS URL, immediately below ‘Your calendar connection link is:‘ (NOT the second one that contains your email address!)
Click/tap ‘Subscribe’ when prompted (you may be prompted to, and should, ‘Open Outlook?’)
The speed at which the events of the selected calendars will appear in your calendar app will be dictated by the following Refresh frequency of the main calendar apps
