My calendar is no longer connected to my Caltrics account and is not being updated with events

Solution –

LOG IN to your Caltrics account (‘Forgotten your password?’ is available)

Hover over your logged in account name and click/tap MY ACCOUNT

Click/tap ‘Re-send my welcome email‘. This will send, to your registered email address, clickable links enabling you to re-connect your Caltrics account to your calendar app. Check that the email is not in your junk email folder (add email address to to Safe senders).

If you calendar app is MAC, iOS (iPhone/iPad), or Microsoft Outlook for Windows you can also just Click/tap the first ICS URL, immediately below ‘Your calendar connection link is:‘ (NOT the second one that contains your email address!). Click/tap ‘Subscribe’ when prompted (Outlook users may be prompted to ‘Open Outlook?’ and should).

The speed at which the events of the selected calendars will appear in your calendar app will be dictated by the following Refresh frequency of the main calendar apps
