This is an easy 2-step process.

Step 1 – Copy the link for the webcal ics URL from your Caltrics account, as per the following help article – Where do I find the calendar link for my Caltrics account (webcal ics url)?

Step 2 – Add the copied link for the Caltrics webcal ics URL to your Google calendar, as per the following steps:

• Open Google calendar on your laptop/desktop
• On Main Menu (click ‘hamburger’ icon to display), to the right of ‘Other calendars‘ click on + (Add other calendars)
• Click ‘From URL‘, paste in Caltrics webcal ics URL, and click ‘Add calendar‘
• The Caltrics calendar will appear under ‘Other calendars’ (to change colour, click ‘Options for Caltrics’, to right of Caltrics calendar)
