To change your email address, LOG IN to your Caltrics account and then
Depending on what device you use, either:
‘Mouse over’ email address/account name and select MY ACCOUNT/Edit my settings, or
click on Menu/MY ACCOUNT/MY ACCOUNT/Edit my settings.
You can change or replace the email address shown. You will receive a validation email at the new email address. This email will contain a link which should be clicked WITHIN 24 HOURS to validate the new email address.
If the validation email hasn’t been received, check your junk mail folder and/or that you entered the new/changed email address correctly.
IF your email address is no longer valid and you cannot LOG IN to your account using the invalid email address and the correct password, contact us using a valid email address, quoting the invalid email address, and request for the password to be reset. We will email a password for the invalid email address, allowing you to LOG IN and update your email address.
If you cannot remember the invalid email address, delete the Caltrics account from your device and create a new Caltrics account with a valid email address.
