To cancel/unsubscribe your Caltrics account, go to the Contact page and complete the form, selecting ‘Please cancel my account‘. When the cancellation is processed any selected events/fixtures will be removed from your calendar immediately and your account details will be removed from our system.
If you are a paying subscriber, you may want to delay your cancellation request until shortly (2 days) before your subscription renewal date.
Alternatively, you can deselect sufficient calendars to move to the maximum number of calendars allowed, currently 3, under ‘FREE – No Charge’, and you will not be charged at your next subscription renewal date.
If you are cancelling your Caltrics account, you should delete your Caltrics account in your calendar app, normally shown under ‘Other calendars’.
